Dr. Ken Krucker
Lead Pastor

Ken joined the Victory Team in February 2020 as the executive pastor and was elected as Lead Pastor in January 2023. He and his wife, Merilee, served as missionaries to Africa for 27 years in the countries of Zimbabwe, Swaziland, Botswana, and South Africa. He has an earned doctorate from the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary in Intercultural Studies, and desires to see the local church reach their community and the nations of the world. Ken and Merilee have two adult children and one granddaughter.

Ronnie Lease
Associate Pastor

Ronnie joined the Victory Team in March 2023 as the associate pastor. He and his wife, Tracy, have served several churches in this capacity over the past 25 years. In his service to the church, and in his business career, Ronnie enjoys helping people find, hone and use their talents and abilities to serve others. Ronnie and Tracy have three adult children.

Jordan Groseclose
Youth Pastor

Jordan joined the Victory Team in June 2023 as our Youth Pastor. He took an internship as a Next Gen leader in 2022 and has served the Michigan Next Gen since 2017. Jordan earned his Ministerial Credentials through the Assemblies of God in June of 2025. He and his wife, Ashley, have a heart and a passion for leading students to Grow, Go & Guide the Generation.
